Who is Marisa Peer?
Rapid Transformational Therapy was formulated by Marisa Peer, Named Britain’s best therapist by Tatler magazine. Marisa has spent nearly three decades treating a client list that includes international superstars, CEOs, Royalty, and Olympic athletes. Marisa identified that regardless of their issue, in sessions clients benefitted from her applying a particular set of techniques over and over again. These insights provided the foundations for Rapid Transformational Therapy to emerge as a distinctive approach.
How does it work?
You are in a relaxed state of mind where you and I are involved in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events that have caused the issue and then changing the meaning when reviewing these events. This leads to permanent powerful change because RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do (such as work on healing, replace old habits, change perspectives, etc). The mind runs our entire body for us, and it can tell the body how to react, how to feel, and it can alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind.
You know will remember everything that you said in the session. You are in control of what you reveal to me. If a scene is presented by your subconscious you prefer not to share the details of, you do not have to share. You are in control. Our session is confidential and private. You will only receive positive messages from me. Included in your session investment is a 20 minute recording of positive messages to solidify the upgrading of beliefs we do that you are encouraged to listen to daily for 21 days. You enter a deep state of relaxation, from which you can awaken yourself, should you decide that is your desire. You are in control. Think of it as YOU in the driver’s seat and ME as your GPS – navigating you to your destination/goal.
You are able to do this in the comfort of your own home in privacy by utilizing Zoom video communication. This enables me to serve across the globe to anyone called to RTT with me, and allows you to enjoy being in a familiar environment and ease of scheduling.
How is RTT different than other modalities?
The main difference with RTT is gaining access to the subconscious mind. Our conscious thoughts are powerful, but our subconscious thoughts are even more powerful. Have you ever had the experience where you drove to work and didn’t recall any of the drive? That was your subconscious mind taking over. Your subconscious mind takes over in many ways that we don’t even recognize and is responsible for many of our behaviors we’d prefer to change. For us to alter behaviors the more powerful, effective way is to access the subconscious mind and reprogram it with the beliefs that will lead to the outcomes we desire.
