It is impossible to be a genuine, kind person to others while being unkind to yourself.
On the surface, actions are being produced, but when they come from a shallow well the energetic effect is not coming from the highest energy of pure unconditional, unreciprocated LOVE.
You must first create in you that which you wish to give.
To create love in yourself, remove all barriers to love and allow it to reside in you. Barriers like shame, judging, comparison, fear, worry, control, material insecurity, withholding forgiveness are all ways we block the natural energetic flow of love wanting to work through us.
You are the host.
The more empty, free and clear you can become the more space love has to work through you and with you. This is your highest purpose here.
Allow LOVE so you can be LOVE. This work you do within yourself calls others to do the same.
